Three years after the events in Summerville, Oklahoma, Callie Spengler, her boyfriend Gary Grooberson, her children Trevor and Phoebe, and their friends Lucky Domingo and Podcast, relocate to New York City to assist Winston Zeddemore and Ray Stantz in re-establishing the Ghostbusters.
